Justin Townes Earle Readies New Album Single Mothers

Singer-songwriter Justin Townes Earle will release Single Mothers, his first album in two and a half years, on September 9. It’s the Americana artist’s fifth studio album, and his first for Vagrant Records.  The album was written from the perspective of a newly married and sober man.

Single Mothers’ cover art features  young singer-songwriter and professed Justin Townes Earle fan Sammy Brue, who performed at the  American Songwriter office a few weeks ago.

Earle will tour throughout September and October to promote Single Mothers.
