Neil Young; he’s a topical cat. The legendary Canadian singer-songwriter dropped by the Jimmy Fallon show yet again, this time to debut his new song “Double Rainbow.”

For those of you who don’t know, the song refers to this YouTube video of a California man freaking-the-fudge out over one of nature’s rarer phenomenons.
